What happens after you report an issue

Frequently asked questions

What should I include in a correction report?

Send the affected page URL, the code or title, a concise explanation of the issue and a link to the official source you are comparing it with. Screenshots are useful when the problem concerns layout or a broken interface.

How quickly will AU-Codex respond?

Detailed email reports are normally reviewed within three business days. Telegram is suitable for a short initial message, but source-backed corrections may still need to continue by email.

Can AU-Codex choose a code for my business or visa application?

No. AU-Codex can clarify the published reference material, but it cannot make an official tax, legal, licensing, customs or migration decision. Verify consequential decisions with the responsible authority or a qualified adviser.

Can I propose an editorial or data partnership?

Yes. Email is the preferred channel for a proposal that explains the project, intended audience, source basis and expected contribution. Unrelated advertising and link-exchange requests may not receive a response.
